How we work
Four steps, no theatrics. Here's what an engagement actually looks like.

Intro call
20 minutes, no pitch deck. We're trying to figure out if it's a fit. We mostly say yes. Sometimes we say "you don't actually need us, here's what to do instead", and that's fine too.
- 02
Scoping
Within a few days you'll get a short written proposal. It names what we'll build, a rough timeline, and a price. If anything's off, we change it before we start.
- 03
Build
Most of the work happens async. A first version usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. You'll see progress along the way (shared docs, short Loom walkthroughs, the occasional check-in) so it's never a black box.
- 04
Run and tune
Once it's live, we keep an eye on it. If something breaks, we fix it. If something underperforms, we change it. The first month after launch is usually where the real wins show up.

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, Twilio, Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Google Sheets, Postgres, Claude, OpenAI. And a lot of custom Node and Python where it's worth it. We're not religious about any of it. Use what fits.

where they were
About 18,000 email subscribers and 4,000 SMS opt-ins built up over three years. Klaviyo set up but barely used. They were sending a campaign maybe once every six weeks, mostly when the founder remembered. Open rates were fine, but most of the list had gone cold and they had no real win-back going.
what we ran
Four campaigns a month per channel on a real calendar. Rebuilt the welcome series, added a re-engagement flow targeting anyone who hadn't opened in 90 days, and set up two-way SMS so customers could actually reply about product questions. Plus an Instagram comment-to-DM funnel on their highest engagement posts that routes interested people to a discount-code DM.
what moved
After 90 days: email reply-and-click engagement up roughly 2.4x off the new cadence and segmentation, the re-engagement flow pulled about 11% of the cold segment back into active. SMS produced a steady ~6% reply rate on conversational sends, which they'd had basically zero of before. The Instagram funnel turned their highest-traffic posts into a small but consistent stream of new SMS subscribers.
Not magic, just running the channels every week instead of every six. They're still on Scale, considering Dominate next quarter as the SMS list crosses 7K.

I started SynthaScript because every small brand I knew had the same story: a list of customers they'd worked hard to earn, and almost no consistent marketing going out to it.
